Japan just released a Psycho-Pass functioning Dominator!

Any fan of Psycho-Pass knows the key role the Dominators play in the series; how they can judge and determine those who can live healthy lives, and those who cannot and either need to be detained or worse. Still though, many cosplayers of the Psycho-Pass series often try hard to make a dominator that looks good enough to cosplay with. Well, with a little money, this functioning Dominator can be yours for display or cosplay!

Cerevo Global is a manufacturing company based in Japan that has just released a dominator that can turn on, talk to you with the orders, scan a person's Crime Coefficient level, and go into eliminate mode as well. It might as well actually work and do all the things it does in the show, since it looks perfectly like the ones in the series. But perhaps that's just because of the over 200 LED lights in the contraption, the grip touch sensor, or how it transforms into eliminator mode. Maybe also because you can measure the crime coefficient of a person by pointing the gun at them. Maybe because it talks and everything. I don't know. I do know this would make an awesome prop for those cosplaying.

Don't expect this to be cheap though. Currently going to be released properly in Japan in March of 2016, it is certainly going for a high price at the Wonder Festival 2016. A normal Dominator will be sold at the price of ¥79,800 excluding tax. That's about $693.50 in USD, €614.25, or £479.25 in British pounds. Of course, if you want to be special, you can order the Special Edition Dominator, with polished rosewood handle, and the Public Safety Bureau logo above the handle is made with aluminum and a synthetic ruby. That of course, makes it cost more, ¥89,800 excluding tax once more. That's about $780.20 in USD, €691.05, or £539.25 in British pounds. Absolutely ridiculously expensive! And of course you have to buy it in Japan, as orders out of the country are not being done yet.
