VIZ Media Announces Home Media Release Of INUYASHA: THE FINAL ACT

INUYASHA: THE FINAL ACT on High Definition Blu-ray and Standard Edition DVD on May 26th.

INUYASHA: THE FINAL ACT is based on the bestselling fantasy adventure manga series (also published by VIZ Media, rated ‘T+’ for Older Teens) by famed creator Rumiko Takahashi. The Blu-ray and DVD editions each contain the final 26 episodes of the long running anime show along with select bonus features. Both formats feature English dubbed along with Japanese subtitled dialogue options.

The INUYASHA: THE FINAL ACT Blu-ray Edition collects the entire season on 4 discs with episodes presented in full 1080p High Definition, 16x9 video. English and Japanese DTS-HD Audio options are available along with bonus features including production and storyboard art galleries and the original Japanese broadcast trailers. Sword Art Online Extra Edition Coming on Blu-ray and DVD

Aniplex of America, Inc. recently announced at their industry panel at Anime Weekend Atlanta (Atlanta, GA.) that they will be releasing the home video versions of SWORD ART ONLINE –Extra Edition– on Blu-ray and DVD on December 23rd. Pre-orders for this product will begin next Monday (9/29/2014) on the official U.S. Sword Art Online homepage (www.SwordArt-OnlineUSA.com) and also through official retailers. The SWORD ART ONLINE –Extra Edition– will be available in the U.S., Canada, Central and South Americas.The SWORD ART ONLINE –Extra Edition– will feature both the original Japanese and English audios with English and Spanish subtitles.

SYNOPSIS

DVD & BLU-RAY RELEASE OF NARUTO BLOOD PRISON ANIME FEATURE ON FEB. 18th

The Blu-ray/DVD release of NARUTO SHIPPUDEN THE MOVIE: BLOOD PRISON on February 18th. The new release is rated ‘TV-14’ and will carry a DVD MSRP of $19.98 U.S. / $24.98 CAN and Blu-ray MSRP of $24.98 U.S. / $27.50 CAN. Each version also features a special full-color variant O-card that will have different artwork than what is featured on the actual Amaray cases. Blue Exorcist The Movie Coming in a Limited Edition Blu-ray Box Set and DVD

At their recent industry panel at Anime Weekend Atlanta in Georgia, Aniplex of America Inc. announced its home video release plans for Blue Exorcist The Movie in North America on December 17th 2013. The Blue Exorcist series is an anime based on Kazue Kato’s hit manga published in Jump Square (by SHUEISHA) and it streamed on Hulu, crunchyroll, as well as on Neon Alley (English dub version). In response to its worldwide popularity, the movie was produced with an original story and released in North American theaters in August. The action-packed fantasy tale from animation studio A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic) features plenty of breathtaking visuals throughout the film. Blue Exorcist The Movie made its US debut at Anime Expo in Los Angeles this past July. Blue Exorcist The Movie will be released in both a Limited Edition Blu-ray Box Set and DVD. Both SKUs will feature the original Japanese and English audio (5.1 surround sound).
