iPhone 6/ 6 Plus VS Galaxy Note 4 /Edge

These two companies have the best smartphones in the market right now. They’re going toe to toe, coming out with the best technology and the best looking phone.
This fall, Apple and Samsung are launching their two latest toys; well four to be exact. Apple is coming out with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung is coming out with Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge.
The question everyone is asking is which one they will buy? We have people saying iPhone is the best because it has all the coolest specs, then we have people saying Galaxy is the best because they have the latest specs, but how do really decide on which one you will buy?
I will say 90% of the people purchasing smartphones don’t have a clue on what the specs are and which are really the best for them. They just buy the one they think it’s cool. To be honest I think they just buy to just fit in.
Below you will see all the specs for both smartphones and I’m sure most of you will say ‘Who cares?’ and have already made a decision on which will buy.
All I am going to say is buy what’s good for you, buy the phone you are used to, buy the one you will use all the time, and use all its features. PLEASE don’t buy a phone to just fit in.
The reasons I say this is because both companies are generating so much hype to buy the latest gear and the best tech but not thinking about  if the money we are spending will actually give us something we need. Be smart and don’t let the smartphone be smarter than you.

LifeProof Case Review

Do you have a Smart Phone or Tablet? Well I am sure you do!!! I’m also pretty sure that is either an iPhone, iPad, or a Samsung Galaxy. Are you looking for the best case for your device? Well search no more because I think I found one of the best cases for your device. It's called LIFEPROOF!!!
LifeProof is one of the best cases I ever had for my phone. This case will give you a full protection for your devices and give you the freedom you will need. Here is a little bit about LifeProof.

LifeProof is a young vibrant company based in San Diego that designs, manufactures and markets LifeProof cases for all-environmental protection, functionality and interactivity to SmartPhones and Tablet PCs. There company mantra is “Freedom”- freedom to be connected anywhere with your mobile device.

Freedom is the perfect word to use for this case, due to this case gives you a full protection for your device. They call this The Four Proofs (Water, Dirt, Shock, and Snow).
Water Proof Take the plunge!

LifeProof delivers the highest rating against water ingress of any case on the market. That means you can surf, swim or soak without dunking your device. And, when it comes to everyday drenching like wild weather, surprise spills and kitchen calamities, your electronics stay high and dry.

Dirt Proof
Do it in the dirt! The same superior water protection that keeps your device dry also seals it from dust, dirt and sand. Take your device hiking, biking, hunting and fishing. Use it on the job, on the field or on the beach. Dirt, dust, sand, grit and mud stay out – your music, apps, calls and camera stay active.

Snow Proof
Let it snow! A case that keeps water and dirt out has no problem with snow, ice and sleet. Shoot the slopes on two sticks or one. Slice the ice on the rink or pond. Run for cover from surprise storms or freak flurries. Take a walk in a winter wonderland or a slushy wasteland. With LifeProof, your electronics are always ready for winter. Shock Proof.

Just Drop It!
Phone fumbles and tablet tumbles are the most common forms of device destruction. LifeProof cases are built to exceed stringent Military Specifications for drop protection, keeping your electronics protected from the bumps and bruises of day-to-day living.

When it comes to the design LifeProof also did a great job. This case is one of the tiniest case I’ve ever seen. It gives you all this protection than other cases out in the market. Other cases are bulkier and if it’s tinier you don’t get the same protection. They also come in different colors and design for you own liking. They made two versions of the case frē and nüüd .

Frē: Built-in scratch protector completely safeguards touchscreen.
Nüüd: Screen less technology that lets you touch actual touchscreen

I’ve used both frē and nüüd cases and I will say both are great. The only bad thing I can say is that the frē didn’t last long due to wear and tear. The material that they use was rubber so after using on a day to day  baisis, of in and out of the pocket the rubber starts wearing off. Before you know it the front part started to fill-off then the scratch protector came off. But with that being said the case did protect my iPhone for almost two years and it did save my phone multiple times. I drop my phone in the pool and lost it for more than 30 minutes. When I finally found it, the phone was still working. I also drop my phone so many times and my phone didn’t get a scratch or crack on it. I feel that nüüd case is a little better than the frē due to the material that was use. The nüüd case is more of a hard plastic material that I thing is more durable than the rubber. Even if your screen is exposed LifeProof does provide a little screen protector. Also nüüd case all around body is built a little sturdier than the frē.

The bad thing about the case that I think a lot of people are having problems with is the price.
The frē cost $79.99 and the nüüd $89.99. With this price people do back-out on buying it. However if you really think about it. The case is worth the price, due to the fact that it protects your phone or tablet completely. Do the math buying all the cheap case does add up at the end. In addition you’re not protecting your device completely. The other flaw is that the slot of the charger is only allowing you to use the original charging cable or something close to it. Anything bigger than what is provided won’t fit. In addition they only made cases for iPhone (4,4s, 5, 5c, 5s), iPad (2/3/4,mini,Air), iPod (Gen 4and 5) and Samsung Galaxy (S3, S4,S5). Overall this case is still by far the best case I have use. The case is durable, protects your device completely, and totally gives you the freedom that you need. If you're looking for the best case, I suggest that you get this and if want to get the best price check is out on amazon.com

Final Rating: 8.5/10

World of Tanks Blitz Review

Do you like shooting games? Do you like Tanks?  Well lucky for you the developers from Wargaming.net made a game for you. World of Tanks is the latest mobile game from Wargaming.net. How does the game hold up? Is this worth checking out? Or should you give this war game a treaty?

First I must say this game really wowed me. That is all due to the amazing graphics and controls of the game. I played the game for a a couple of days and now I'm hook. I love the fact that they gave you a quick tutorial on how to play the game. I found this useful because it gave me time to get a feel for the game. While the graphics are great for a mobile platform, the controls on the iPhone 5 was difficult. The controls feels like it was designed for a bigger screen or platform. However if you play this on an iPad mini or even the regular iPad this game is just wow.

This game is really addicting and you keep playing it over and over. If you're a fan of tanks and shooting you might want to check it out. The only downfall of this game was it's a little to slow framerate wise from time to time. The game play of using strategy and planning things out, making sure you get the right equip upgrade before battles is really great. The battle itself play out well. I just didn't like the fact that the tanks move slow.

But that just me. So if you ask me what I will have this game?

This game gets a 8.5/10

Great graphics

Great control

Great concept

Totally a dream game for tanks lover and shooting game fanatic.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Rechargable Speaker from eKids.com

Are you a fan of TMNT? Do you like music? Well, lucky for you!!! eKids has done it again. If you love TMNT check out eKids.com for their new TMNT rechargeable speakers. These small speakers are great for a desk speaker and at the same time you can show off how much you like TMNT. They have all four characters so you can pick your favorite turtle The other great thing about this speaker is the price, for $24.99 it's not bad. (also check out amazon.com for cheaper price) The quality of the sound is not the greatest if you're going compare it to Boombotix or Beats. But for a small desk speaker and for the price you pay for its worth it. The design of this speaker is also really great. I love the detail of each turtle. Check out the pics below.

Nomino Review

Nomino is a new game app created by actor Dulè Hill, Talitha Watkins and Designer Rochelle Thwaites. The concept of this game is really unique. It takes the popular practice of posting photos online, then changes it into an interactive game. This challenges users to identify the subject of the photo or video in order to earn coins. The more coins you earn, the more you have to get  a prize. I've played the game for a few and I find it a bit challenging. The picture that was put up was random which made it even more challenging. However at the same time it's easy to answer. The reason for this is anyone can cheat on this game by Googling the answers. I highly suggest that they tweak the game a little. Maybe they can add a time limit so users won't have a chance to cheat.

Overall this game is user friendly. However I just wish in the beginning of the game, they add a quick tutorial on how to use the app. The concept of earning points and getting prizes is great. However it will be better if there's more prizes. I know that the app is still young and has a lot more potential. I just can't help but think that they need to update the layout of the app. The layout needs to have the flow of the image and video go continually.

After playing the game for almost a couple of hours. I only accumulate almost about 8,000 coins. This means I only averaged on answering 11 questions a day. That's why I really recommend that they give more rewards, or winning prizes for this game. Getting 395,000 points meant I have to average 24 questions a day. That being said the game will get iterating and people will lost interest on playing.

Nomino is available for iPad and iPhone in the AppStore, an Android version of Nomino is slated for release in mid-July.

Final Grade - 8/10

Color Cablest Review

Color Cablest brings to us a very cool unique way to having a cool effect on our cable wires. The company presents a way for our USB cables, I-Phone charges and more to basically glow in the dark. It's very simple and easy to do. The cables are infused with photo-luminescence that gives them a renewable glow and keeps them easy to find and identify which cable is connected to what. This makes the glow effect easy to obtain. All you have to do is keep your cables under a light source such as a lamp, sunlight or anything that gives off light. It's best to keep the cables under a light source for at least three hours to really show off the glow effect. The best thing about these cables you don't need an outlet to plug into to get the glow effect. The glow comes from natural light sources that you can get from anywhere. One more notable mention is that cables are very hard to tangle. I combine all the cables together and see if they would get tangle and it was very hard to do.

Overall if you looking for a cool effect for your usb cables, I-Phone and Android chargers then Color Cablest might be the product for you. It has a cool concept and it's really nice to see your cables glow while you charge your product. I would say the only downfall, is the time it takes for the light source to give the glow it's full effect. Other than that check it out.

Carpet Ball (App Review)

Carpet Ball is a new Mobile App game available for I-Phone/ I-Pad users. The idea of the game is knock all of your opponents balls off the table. The first one to do this will win. The concept follows the same as pool with a little strategic elements of shuffleboard. Unfortunately while the concept and idea is there, however the execution isn't. For starters in order to enjoy this game, you will need two players with the same I-Phone, and must play over the same Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection. Players must be in the same location and from there put your phones together to create the board. There is really not much to do with Carpet Ball unless you have a friend, the fun factor dies down after a few games, just hit the cue ball to your opponents side until you knock it out. The graphics isn't really the best and it's seems very generic. Unfortunately the app doesn't have much to offer, and the fact you need two phones, a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection and another friend to play is disappointing. With a price tag of $.99 you can try it for yourself and see, but I can't really co-sign this one.

Final Grade D+/4.5

Yoo Ninja (App Review)

Yoo Ninja is app game developed by Runner Games. It's available for free on your Android market. Is this Ninja game worth the download? Or should you Yoo something else?

Story - There is a story mode, however the story is not told at all. There are no cutscenes to explain the story. You just dive right into the game.

Gameplay - The gameplay is simple. Ninja runs towards his destination. It's up to player to make sure he gets there safely. Ninja must jump from course to course without falling out of the screen. The controls is easy just tap the screen to make Ninja go up or down. The story mode consists of sections. It contains the Jungle, Village, Marine and Castle. As you progress the course gets harder and much faster. It does a great job keeping the challenge and you will be hook once you meet the Marine level. The game also features a mode called "Endless." In this mode you choose a level, the speed and go through an endless course until you reach the highest score. The gameplay is simple and it's a great way to kill time.

Graphics - The art style is simple and works very well. The backgrounds are nicely drawn and the sprite for Ninja is clean and crips. The designs for the courses are wonderful as well. Trust me the courses will have you playing over and over until you get a perfect.

Sound - The sound consists of one song. It's a very Ninja type song that you expect. Contains guitar, drums and the strings. You will grow tired of the music after a while. Thankfully there is a music off button.

Replay Value - The story mode will keep you busy and the endless mode is a great addition. Outside those two modes there is nothing to keep you to stay. However this is a great time killer for when you're on the road.

Final Grade B-/8.0 - Yoo Ninja is a fun, fast pace gravity game that will keep you entertain. The game is challenging and has some great artwork.

Angry Birds Review

Hey guys we have a guest reviewer for our the site. He is a good friend of ours. His name is Flip and here is his review on Angry Birds App. Check it out. - The Cool One (Justin)

Angry Birds

This game-app is one of the most addicting game-app I've ever played.

Once you start playing it, you will be hooked. The game is annoying, fun, simple, and challenging. Clickgamer really did there homework when they gave this game its name, because one thing for sure you will get “Angry.”

Story- The story of this game was pretty simple, it’s just a group of Birds that seeking revenge on the Pigs. The reason the Birds are doing this, was because the Pigs stole the Birds eggs. Through out the game the Pigs are doing everything, to protect themselves from the Birds and finding way to keep stealing those eggs. The reason I said “protect themselves” was because throughout the game the Birds are getting angrier and angrier.

Gameplay- The gameplay of the game is perfect for the touch screen technology. It’s really a user friendly game. The control is simple and easy, no buttons to use, no combos to memorize its just drag and aim. The only strategy you need is to aim right, because if you want the highest score you need to do that. On this game all you do is launch the Birds onto this sling shot and hit and destroy the Pigs. On each level the Pigs will advance by building the better hiding spot, but at the same time the Birds will advance by doing other things and not just being lunch, the Birds can get bigger, split into multiples of birds, drop egg bombs, blow up, get super fast, and do a boomerang move. All this move can be easily done by just taping your screen. This game is totally just fun to play but yet annoying and can get you angry because you get into the game that you just want do it right.

Gameplay Video

Graphics- The Graphic is just perfect I can't ask more. I mean the game is simple so they don’t really need to go all crazy on the graphics, but they did a great job because its easy in the eye and really sharp. Everything runs smooth and I didn't experience any hiccups.

Sounds- The sounds was ok, I say that because the background music was a little boring, I think they could done better, but the birds and the big sound was pretty funny. So I give them a plus on that. But one big thing I like is that you can play your own background song so that makes up for it.

Replay Value - The game is addictive and you are going to be hook once you start. Trust me you are going want to try to be the best in this. It's also nice to brag to your friends on who has the highest score.

Final Grade- I’ll give this a A-/9.0 mushroom apps. It’s a great entertaining game and really addictive. So if you have iPhone, or any other device that can get you this game-app I’ll say get it because it's worth the money.
